Defect Classification and Defect Elimination. Currently in BBR Area working on process development of Silicon Photonic technology, specifically the InP area.

SPANSION SEMICONDUCTOR -- Austin, TX 2006 - 2007 Photolithography Process and Manufacturing Engineer responsible for monitoring process control parameters, dispositioning lot data point variations, and making decisions based on SPC to send on, rework, or scrap wafers.

Charted the team, defined specific engineering roles and responsibilities, set-up the infrastructure which allowed tool and process experts to solve problems collectively.
