Photolithography – Qualify and Troubleshoot TEL Coat / Develop Tracks to assure quality photoresist patterning. Intel Certified L2 PM Procedures for TEL Act 12 and Tel Lithius toolsets. Defect Classification and Defect Elimination. Currently in BBR Area working on process development of Silicon Photonic technology, specifically the InP area.

SPANSION SEMICONDUCTOR -- Austin, TX 2006 - 2007 Photolithography Process and Manufacturing Engineer responsible for monitoring process control parameters, dispositioning lot data point variations, and making decisions based on SPC to send on, rework, or scrap wafers.

DUPONT PHOTOMASK INC., Round Rock, TX 2002 - 2005 Team Leader of Defect Reduction Engineering - selected to establish a defect reduction team. Charted the team, defined specific engineering roles and responsibilities, set-up the infrastructure which allowed tool and process experts to solve problems collectively.

ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES, Austin, TX 1989 - 2001 Module Shift Manager: Lithography and Etch: Responsible for all aspects of wafer fabrication including manufacturing quotas, engineering processes, equipment utilization, along with direct employee supervision. Senior Process Engineer-Photolithography: Developed, implemented, and improved upon technical solutions to problems concerning, critical dimensions, and image quality. Decreased processing cost and improved equipment utilization.
