Data Management Department

Duties: Enter clinical trials data into the appropriate database

Perform project tasks in accordance with project timelines,

Keep manager informed about work progress and any issues,

Utilize appropriate TIME codes for the tasks and projects,

Maintain agreed utilization level, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Verify first data capturer`s work by fixing all the mistakes there might be,

Sending daily reports to the Clinical Data Analyst primary in the United State and keeping the team informed of all the work that has to be completed;

Completing the Problem Sheet;

Pulling metrics Pxl Tools on weekly basis,

Facilitating the monthly meetings;

Trains the project back-up and

Preforming tracking and scanning.

Additional responsibilities:

Review Data Entry (DE) guidelines and make recommendations when necessary;

Ensure Authorized Signature Sheets/Project Training Records are completed; Maintain DE study files;

Identify any training requirements and deliver as required Represent DE at project meetings.

Job Description: Controlled Documents Specialist, 01 Sep 2014- to Date

Process Optimization & Management (POM) Department

A wide range of duties including, but not limited to:

• Database maintenance.

• Tracking of scheduled review processes through spreadsheets.

• Posting and deleting documents from the Controlled Documents Library in P-MED, ensuring current and obsolete versions are posted correctly.

• Administrative work (filing, copying, formatting, editing, proofreading).

• Liaising with internal and external clients regarding the distribution of Controlled Documents requests.

• Responsible for managing TRG approved Controlled Documents through the POM process includes QC, eSign workflow, and Master Binder administration.

• Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner

• Participate in formal staff review processes e.g. performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales.
