• As the Production Manpower Lead I was the first line supervisor of all body shop production line workers. I was responsible for the routine communication of job assignments, training for specific product runs, and placement of line workers in assignments as required for the day.

As Team leader I perform a range of tasks. I managed the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving so that my team meets it required level of production.
