Currently working as Engineering Assistant(From oct 2014 to Till Date), VISSKAN AVIATION(c/o INDIGO AIRLINES), assisting technician in carrying out scheduled inspection..i.e, Transit, layover, 8 day inspection and unscheduled inspection like wheel,brake changes, component changes & cabin inspection.

PROJECT WORK

I have done following project as part of my curriculum during final year.

“Analysis of composite rocket turbopump”.

The main objective of the project is to analyze the composite rocket engine turbopump using ANSYS and CFD. Turbopump assembly consists of turbine with one or more pumps. Its purpose is to raise the pressure of the working propellants. Usual weight of the pump assembly is up 15% of total weight of the rocket. Usage of materials like Nickel alloy (turbine shaft) and Titanium alloy (turbine) reduces the Performance level and life time of the turbopump. In order to overcome the limitation Carbon Ceramic composite material is used.
