General Maintenance of mechanical equipment from charging grate to fnishing zone, which involve roll stands, in-pusher & out-pusher, pallets, manipulators,overhead cranes gearboxes, pinch rolls, walking beam and hydraulic system .

Inspection of hydraulic and lubrication cellars and fabrication works.

General repair of rolls and conveyor chains

Fabrication and installation of hydraulic, pneumatic and water pipes.

Conduction of why_ why analysis and safety report of the plant (WRM).

Maintenance of mechanical equipment as per the schedule such as Walking beam, Kick off device, Pinch roll, Gear boxes (Reducers) and chain and roller conveyors

Maintenance of different types of cranes,ie electrical,Gantry,Quay cranes etc.k

Giving the safety report of the plant.
