Henkel is a Global Fortune 500 company specializing in the manufacture of consumer and industrial chemical products with over 52,000 employees spanning 75 countries.

Lead the North American implementation of a new global Project Portfolio Management system (Clarity). Participated in vendor evaluations and selection process. Responsible for providing tool requirements, defining guidelines and processes in addition to setting implementation strategy.

Managed the IT separation for large company divestiture. Responsible for management of IT services, data extraction activity and adherence to Technical Service Agreement.

Directed the architectural analysis and feasibility study for a $14m ERP integration project, challenged with harmonizing ERP platforms within the Henkel electronics' business spanning 15 manufacturing plants across Asia, North America and Europe.

Managed complex acquisition infrastructure migration project to integrate 20 sites with combined total of over 1000 users. Successfully managed the project planning, delivery and support in addition to resource scheduling and task allocation of up to 26 technicians.

Global IT Project Manager for development and implementation of an SAP HR Talent Management application. Solution delivered to 1,000+ users in North America and Central Europe.

From 2003 to 2007 was the Application Services Manager for collaboration and web technology in North America. Senior Consultant - Lotus Professional Services, San Francisco, California

Worked to develop a tenant invoicing system for San Francisco International Airport terminal. The project became a customer reference for Lotus and IBM and was additionally featured on the Lotus homepage in December 2000.

Helped develop on-line banking system for Union Bank of California, specializing in MQ-Series connectivity between the web front-end and backend financial systems.

Architected a solution for the Missouri State Highway Patrol providing a method for transferring web-based accident report forms from a patrol officer's laptop to a mainframe backend. This work helped address an existing customer satisfaction issue and ensured IBM were retained at the account.

Customized Lotus Notes email features for the Los Angeles Times. The work carried out influenced the customer to retain Lotus as the messaging system of choice.

Worked with customers to design and build solutions for application integration projects, this often involved extending the vision of how middleware could be leveraged.

Assisted sales team in winning a large account with Epson America Inc. Provided expertise in regard to MQSeries integration with Lotus Notes and provided technical support with MQSeries installations at other Epson facilities in the Pacific North West.
