1 EXPERIENCE
Lots of memories, but especially lots of learning make my job enjoyable.
My experience as a cnc machinist and programmer has been ascending day by day.
I basically started all my experience in the Los Angeles area in Chatsworth, California.
Working in closed tolerance part for aircraft and spacecraft made my skills strengthen.
Many companies, many machinery tapes, many instruments of measurement
give me the confidence and security on every task, every print and every idea.
Boeing, Hughes, TRW, Raytheon, JP, JPL, JP3, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney,
Schlumberger, Bakers, Halliburton and many more.
Machines manuals and cnc (computing numerical control) with different controls
like Fadal, Haas, Mitsubishi, Okk, mostly with the fanuc controls that include a 4th axis
and 5th axis machines like Cincinnati Lanser and many more.
2.- SKILLS
In the past years, I've been working as a programmer and machinist most of the time,
also checking my self the firts article, using instruments of measurement (callipers, micro
meter, comparator,hikator, indicators, depth micro and the CMM).
The manual machines are the first part of my knowledge of vertical mills, lathe, grained machines
resharping machines etc. . .
The 4th axis manual has been helpful on used cnc machines.
The 5th axis machine was part of my learning especially on Cincinnati models
like Lanser and Milacron.
On programming software, I've been using the MASTER CAM from 8.1 to 9.1. I recently started on
X, a new design of Master Cam, and a very short review of PRO-E.
3.- JOB HISTORY
I started my career in 1990 with a company named Micro Tech: I was hired as a cnc operator
and manual machinist . The owner was Wallace Miller who eventually sold the company to Gary Case.
The manager of production was Ross Yates. My work there ends in 1998 looking for a better opportunity.
From 1998 to 2004, I had worked for a company named Simon Brothers cnc machining;
a company certified by Boeing, L3, JPL, Hughes, and Schulumberger. I was hired as a cnc machinist and
programmer.The owner was Mori Simon. The company had sold and now has been named
Solara Engineering. I left this place trying to find a better opportunity also.
From 2004 to 2008, I had worked for a company named RANTEC; a company that developes their
own projects on telecommunication certified by Boeing, L3, JPL, Hughes, Schulumberger. I was hired
as a cnc programmer.The manager was Jim Soper.
From 2008 to early 2009, I had worked for a company named PREMIER MACHINING SERVICES in Houston, Texas. The owner, Jose Ramirez, hired me as a cnc programmer. After a year I left the company
because they were experiencing a slow down.
Currently, I am working for a company named Centerline Manufacturing, here in Houston, Texas.
The president, Tim Router hired me as a cnc programmer.

5.- COMPLIMENTS
At this point in my career, I have experienced work on almost any part,
and have ran a shop; I had my own before moved to Houston. My knowledge
on surface helps me to improve on the most difficult projects, giving me the capacity
to work on any part in short amount of time.
