Provide expert advice in areas of quality system development and improvement to a wide variety of industries (plastic injection molding, machining, paper/packaging products, electronic manufacturing and design/engineering companies) enabling them to identify waste reduction (zero defects), and improve operational efficiency in the areas of production planning, inventory control, and resource management.

Provide expert advice in areas of lean manufacturing, kaizen activities, sand continual improvement by identifying areas of process improvements in the customer ordering processes, supplier selection and qualification, equipment needs and inspection processes.

Lead Auditor for the registration, surveillance and recertification of registered ISO 9001:2000 firms according to guidelines from the American Society for Quality and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
