Field Engineer and Assistant, May Ship Contracting Corp Procurement industrial suppliers for quotes on various Electrical/Electronic parts for two major construction projects. I developed an equipment inventory for onsite electrical and mechanical equipment, performed verification of material as per project specification and approved submittal. Responsibilities have included on-site inspection, payment and change order reviews, coordination between trades, various administrative duties, prepared reports and maintained project records. May 2013 – August 2013

Design Work: RF Microwave Circuit Senior Design Project Collaborated with three students to design a 20 dB coupler at a center frequency of 7 GHz using RF design software Advanced Design Systems. Performed a cost analysis for a 1000 boards with SMA connectors January 2014 – May 2014

Design Work: Power Systems Senior Design Project

Collaborated with five students to improve the efficiency of a power plant by adding new electrical components which included substations, transmission lines, transformers, and capacitor banks. Performed contingency analysis using Power World software, explored six possible solutions, completed cost analysis for each solution, and researched the effect potential environmental hazards to each proposed solution.
