I am a proactive professional Executive Assistant, specializing in supporting C-level executives. I am passionate about what I do and look for new opportunities to assist my executives. I have participated in several fields: music, fashion, medicine, advertising, retail, finance and media technology. At Toys R Us, I supported 3 busy VP’s for 5 years and understand how to prioritize my time effectively. Beyond my current resume are my many years supporting doctors both in private practice and in the hospital setting, and my tenure as a casting assistant at Young and Rubicam-running casting sessions for children, hiring under-five talent and extras, and negotiating contracts with agents. I have extensive global calendar management and multi-country travel scheduling expertise.

I have consistently accomplished special high-profile projects in addition to my day-to-day EA work. I become the go-to person to get things done! In times of corporate reorganization, I have been given the opportunity to stay within my company (ies) and take on additional responsibility. I have benefited from these opportunities, and I have acquired additional skill sets because of them.

Unfortunately, the economy has closed one company-Ascent Media, and precipitated an M & A at Presidential Life Insurance Company in Nyack New York. At Marex Spectron (a commodities brokerage), I was the Executive Assistant to the Global CFO where the position was made redundant. I have been temping at several prestigious companies since February while searching for a long term permanent opportunity, concentrating on the Northern New Jersey or the Rockland County area.
