Assist the Executive Director and co-workers in all phases of planning or development of projects and makes recommendations in accomplishing office goals
Responsible for settling up effective inventory controls for the grants/cooperative agreements as part of federal and local reporting requirements.
Monitor sub-grantee programs, to make sure they are compliant with the statutory purpose areas of the VAWA grant.
Manage and monitor spending habits of sub-grantee programs that are allowable by the Office of Chief Financial Office Financial Guidelines, OVW and local financial guidelines.
Responsible for preparation, development, and timely submissions of continuation grants and progress reports on activities of grantor agency, U.S. DOJ
Responsible for the accuracy of all sub-grantees’ and personnel and administration accounts (of CJPA). Ensure that accounts are not deficit and are well budgeted.

Managed eight sub-grantee programs with their performance, reaching their objectives and spending funds, all coinciding with managing the CJPA office with general administrative duties.
Organized, plan and facilitated with a technical assistance provider to develop training material for Local Law Enforcement on improvement to responding and investigating Sexual Assault Crimes, which occurred on December 4-6, 2012.
