Led a CIP transportation project, by identifying SAP discrepancies in expedited shipment fees. Worked cross-functional with transportation, IT, and Channel Operations department to ensure shipments fees are aligned to contracts and enhancements on SAP transactions are approved and performed. Potential savings of $115K per year and create an impact on Days on Hand metric with goal of 30 days of hand or less.

Provide and led a weekly performance review for our top 3 Wholesalers, to ensure that are meeting service level goals (98.00%) that is measured towards payments agreements and contracts. Provided an overview of top omits by wholesaler to ensure feedback is provided by the CPFR planners.

Performed cross-functional analysis to provide pipeline reports for new product launches, and for products that are at risk to multiple departments such as Trade, Finance, CPFR planners, and Demand planning. Measured service levels, top omits for previous week, sales for previous week, quantity available to promise, and inventory on hand and order.

Led an On-Time delivery project for the Medical Devices & Development sector of J&J to close any discrepancies or gaps between J&J lead time and distributors lead time to reduce the lead time, and reduce the days on hand for J&J and the distributors days on hand as well. With this project I am obtaining my Lean Yellow Belt, by applying the different Lean tools.

CLS US Distribution Inbound Logistics Co-Op June 2014-January 2015

Led the redeploy process for one of the three major Johnson&Johnson US Consumer distribution centers. Collaborated with cross functionally with supply chain partners to ensure inventory is booked on time.

Managed the delivery creation process for external suppliers who did not have the capability to create deliveries due to system constraints. Processed over 700+ deliveries that helped achieved a 99% Advanced Shipment Notification availability that met our goal of 98.5%.

Implemented and exceeded the newly developed inbound distribution goals for Truck Load Maximization (95%) and Full vs. Partial pallets goal (95%) to improve transportation efficiency and reduce overall costs.

Facilitated and developed the Monthly Inbound Scorecard Metric that measured and tracked progress on Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN) Availability and SAP Receipt with no errors, that helped achieved a 98.5% YTD goal for both metrics.

Supported the intermodal expansion CIP project that has generated over $100K of transportation savings for the redeploy lanes. Completed data gathering and analytics to measure usage from our cross country lanes that helping to achieve our 98% usage goal.
