I have total work experience of 32 years in India & Aborad as follows:

June 1980 to July 1982

Worked as a TRAINEE APPRENTICE in M/s. Rajkamal Metal Industries, Navsarl manufacturing Automobile Spare-parts of sheet metal pressing work, having specialization in one piece sheet metal "V'1 groove pullies and supplying the same to M/S. Mahindra & Mahindra, M/S. Premier Automobiles, M/S. Swaraj Mazda as an O.E. spares, who are the leading Automobile vehicle manufacturers in india.

August 1982 to December 1994:

Worked with MI/s. Amartex Engineering Company, Manekial road, Navsari, the Manufacturers of Textile high speed Cone/Cheese winding machines, Hank to Cone winders Assembly winding machines and mechanical Ribbon Breaker Cam-Switch for Cone winding Machines, as a PRODUCTION INCHARGE cum ERECTION SUPERVISOR.

After completing eight years in winding machine division, I was assigned a new responsibility to develop Textile Loom's-Switch suitable for Power Loom's, where I have to look after Purchase, Production and Marketing of Loom's-Switch entirely.

January 1995 to December 2010:

Worked with M/S. Balaji Engineering Company, Navsari, as a Chief Production Supervisor for manufacturing of Loom's-Switch and Commercial Halogen Lighting Systems and its Assemblies in this unit, I have to took after every stages of manufacturing like, Material Purchase, Product Development, Quality Control and Marketing at all level.

January 2011 to December 2013

Joined Al-Bandar Co., Ltd., from January 2011, in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia as a Production & Maintenance Supervisor. In this company we manufacture Cable Support Systems like Cable Tray Cable Ladder Cable Trunkings and their fittings like Horizantal Tee Elbow Cross in M.S., S.S., Aluminum metals. I carry out all production procedure and planning according to the drawings. I also prepare toolings, dies and their jig-fixtures require to carry out for production according drawing given to me. I also do the mechanical maintenance of machines like, Hydraulic Shearing Cutter, Press Brake, Escerntric Press, Cable Tray, U Channel, Roll Forming, Lathe Milling machines. I am familiar to operate above all machines. I am related with Sheet Metal Fabrication, Sheet Metal Deep Draw and Machining of Moulded Components also.

September 2014 to August 2015.

Jioned Novablue Industries LLC, in Dubai from September 2014, as a Production & Maintenance Supervvisor. Here I have to carry out Production, Product Development and Maintenance of Machines, making & repairing dies, tools & jig-fixtures.
