Responsible for the overall Executive IT Leadership direction, management and technical mentoring of GlobalMed’s business and IT infrastructure. Assisted GlobalMed in restructuring the business that helped take customers current technology to the next level in telemedicine healthcare technology solutions. Earned the Microsoft OEM and Hosted Silver and Gold Partnership status. Defined IT policies and procedures as controlled documents. Designed and created new business processes and change management with automated workflows to improve business efficiency. Responsible for building a secure Records Document Management system using SharePoint 2013 along with designing automated workflows for approvals, etc.. Designed and deployed enterprise level Office 365 for Exchange Office Protection, Skype for Business (Lync 2013) and Dynamics CRM 2015 using Active Directory Federation Services.

Design and architected an external, off-site hosted co-location of critical business resources and SaaS solutions along with expanding a Disaster Recovery solution across a global presence using multiple external co-location hosting. Worked with all aspects of the medical departments including Medical Records, Alzheimer's, Physical Therapy, Burn Unit, Respiratory and Nursing for all application and department needs.
