Performs Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) utilizing HAZOPS

Experienced in process safety management, risk management, LOPA facilitation, fire protection, and consequence analysis.

Provides expertise and training with regard to safety audit methodologies. Facilitates Re-validation Audits and Process Hazard Analysis for processing plants and R&D facilities.

Participates in the preliminary design, layout and commissioning safety reviews. Track follow-up on all action items and issue quarterly report on status of action items. Lead PHA for capital projects with an in-depth knowledge of the global best-practice solution and regional regulatory requirements.

Works closely with technical project managers and operation/business counterparts to conduct safety reviews on Investment Project Appropriation Requests.
