• The primary role was to provide administrative support to the clinic’s medical records department. Maintain patient charts and update treatment and medical history paper work as needed. Fill medical record requests and prescription data entry. Provide phone and walk in customer service. Escort patient to doctor office. Package tests for shipment. Fax, copy, file and use scanning equipment. Maintain smooth office flow by assisting with general clerical duties.
