Responsible for bringing in new clients as well as maintaining / managing current accounts. Keeping current on all Oracle products, the latest features and issues. Storm Computing started as a new company in 2012, to provide functional and technical consulting for the Oracle Fusion products. Responsibilities include all marketing and trade show coordination. Responsible for managing and maintaining 3 shifts and 45 employees in a 24/7 production print environment. Working with and supporting all outside sales personnel as well as training and development of internal people. Running the day to day business of the facility while managing staff and insuring all policies are being followed and all processes are being executed properly. I am also responsible for achieving all sales goals and budgets, while maintaining an audit ready environment. I began working with Office Depot as an assistant store manager early in 2005 and as a result of my technical and sales background was chosen to open the Texas production facility in 2006, since 2007 we have been the largest volume and highest profit print facility in the country.

I worked as technical consultant to Regional Account Managers and Clients for the Southern Region, as well as assisting in other regions around the country. I evaluated the customer’s area of need and environment to ensure that the correct solutions were presented. I implemented on-site customer trials, including software installation, product evaluation and onsite training. I was also responsible for customer project management, installation of new products and new versions along with product conversions.

I worked as technical consultant to Account Executives and Clients. I prepared and presented pre-sales product demonstrations to perspective customers, implemented on-site customer trials, including software installation and product evaluation. I lead customer conversion activities, including project management, installation of new products and new version along with product conversions. Attended trade shows and presented software solutions to interested prospects. I also provided customer feedback to software developers on potential product enhancements.
Key Accomplishments: I worked directly with development to create and test conversion tools to move customers from competitive report distribution products to BETA 93. I acted as Project Manager for a successful conversion from two competitive products to two BETA products, including performing conversion activities and training of administrator and users.
