Work Experience

2014 – present Accountant/WNG Management and Consulting, Inc.

I’m the accountant for the company. We manage two condomimium associations, and also an consulting company. I do all the financials for the associations and consulting, prepare the annual budgets. I also do the payroll for all the employees bi-weekly. I pay all of the sales tax, payroll taxes, bed tax and quarterly UCT-6 tax for the company and associations.

2007-2014 Accounting Manager/Breakers of Fort Walton Beach

I managed all of the association and rental accounting. I did all of the monthly financials and sent to the Board of Director’s each month, paid all the bills, and reconciled all bank statements. Made daily deposits for the front desk revenue. Created all revenue statements for all of the 188 rental owners. Sent out all of the rental checks monthly to all of the rental owners. Maintained all of the owner files. Also did payroll for all of the Breakers staff bi-weekly including workman’s comp liason. Paid all federal payroll taxes, sales tax, bed tax, and 941, 940, UCT-6 tax.

2005-2007 Assistant Controller/Association Manager/Human Resources

Seascape Resort, Inc.

I’m the CAM manager for Emerald Bay Homeowners Association. I’m the assistant controller, for Seascape and Emerald Bay Resort. I do payroll for all staff of Emerald Bay and Seascape. I’m the workman’s comp coordinator for both resorts. Seascape owns a restaurant on the beach, called the Whale’s Tale, which I make daily, deposits and reconciles their registers. Also reconcile and make daily deposits for the golf shop that is on the resort. I do all the monthly financials for both resorts. I send out monthly bills to the owners for there HOA dues.

2002-2005 Accounting, TopL Resort

I did all association accounting for five homeowner and condominium associations. Responsibilities included all payable and receivables, collections, liens, bank deposits, and reconciled all bank statements. I also helped manage the day-to-day operations of five associations from contacting and following up with contractors, to property inspections. Worked on preparing budgets for all the associations.

1994-2002 Destin Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center/Payroll Administrator

I did payroll for over 150 employees. The employees worked three different shifts where I had to calculate differential pay for the different hours that was worked. I maintained all the vacation/sick time and insurance. I was the workman’s comp coordinator. Maintained all the employees work files. Also file d Medicaid Medicare insurance claims for the patients that lived in the rehabilitation center.

Certified CNA …helped feed patients and helped with there daily care when the nursed needed extra help.
