PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Owner of Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. has been in business since February 1995. We started as a Home Inspection & Appraisal service company. Home Inspections have been my core business since 1970 and ended July 2015. November 1, 2000 I obtained my Appraisal License, Georgia State Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser, license # 238846, and after 45 years of construction, and appraisal work, I retired closing my business. My duties varied through the years.

Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. also performs Appraisals on Real Estate Properties to assist attorneys for case preparation in a court of law. Professional services also used by court judges to help understand the construction of homes and related damages.

Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. provides Building Inspections Services for the City of Montezuma since October, 1995. My duties are to ensure all building standards are met in accordance with the International Code of Congress. Other duties include reviewing and enforcing the City’s Zoning and Nuisance Ordinances. Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. created Building Code Enforcement, Planning, and Zoning for Dooly County and Macon County. I served as the Building Official for Dooly County and Macon County.

Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. is a consultant for the Georgia State Licensing Board covering eight (8) counties in Middle Georgia.

I have been a Certified Building Inspector since May 1994 in the Southern States. My Certification is through the International Code of Congress, and I am certified to work in ten (10) States throughout the Southeastern United States.

Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. (Construction and Development) from 1970 to 2015 constructed new commercial businesses, and residential homes. 1998 Constructed a Federal Prison in Edenfield, South Carolina, Constructed City Prisons for the City of Doraville, Ga. and the City of Acworth, Ga., and Constructed a Fire Station in DeKalb County, GA. 1999 Constructed a Central Energy Plant for the V.A. Hospital in Tampa, Fl., and constructed one residential home in Perry, Ga. 2000 Constructed 52 residential homes in Albany, Ga. 2001 to 2015, Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. serves as a consultant for home-owners building their homes. The company reviews all plans prior to construction, reviews all sub-contractors, and contracts the work for the owners. Also, all inspections are performed by Hardy Consulting, L.L.C. prior to any draws for work completed.
