At this point of my life I would to join a company that will help me accomplish my bachelor’s degree in Accounting. I am a responsible, honest, and fast pace worker that can work under pressure alone and or with a team. With excellent math and computer skills, I’m willing work hard to make your company a successful one.

SKILLS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Languages: I am a bilingual individual who can translate both Spanish and English very well.

Software: My computers skills are excellent. I have experience with principles of management systems; proficient at Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. I know all about QuickBooks, Salesforce, and SAP. I’m a fast learner, any software I can master within a short period of time. I also can work both PC and Apple computers.

Executive Lodging Ltd.

Created mass amount of rent invoices for Clients leasing out our apartments using Windows QuickBooks.

Made sure all utilities were paid for every month in our apartment complexes more than 150 apartments.

Collections; made sure my company had their rent money in timely manner.

Called in the apartment properties and placed in any maintenance request by tenant.

Booked reservations to Hispanic tenants, since I am the only one in the company to be bilingual.
