Amerigroup is one of the largest health care providers for public programs. I worked at the National Support Center (II) office as a BI Analyst. As a BI developer, I was responsible for Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of new set of reports and to create dashboards on MicroStrategy tool based on the reports for the project. The project is dealing with interactive dashboards where the user can get the data upon their request in flash mode. Project was mainly worked on the Claims intake, Routing and EDI processing dashboards.
