Responsible for 2 processing lines with 10 employees per line. Duties included safety, efficiency, production schedules, employee payroll, and quality assurance.

Major Accomplishments

Successfully supervised Nu-tech prototype processing line for first processing requiring government approval. Increased efficiency at Choctaw Maid Farms 15% in less than 1 year. Set new records for efficiency and pounds per man hour at Butterball.
