Intending to work as a Flexo Press operator on basis of thorough knowledge about Flexo machine and excellent creative abilities.

Key Skill- Skill in running Flexo Color Press

-Knowledge of use operating and minor repairs of Flexo printing machine

-good knowledge of operating at Flexo graphic label printing press

- Good understanding of U.V ink and varnish

-remarkable ability to run job with minimum scrap

-good knowledge with laminators, sheeter, stackers, anilox roller and doctoring system.

-mounting plate and mounting magnetic dye on cylinder

-printing labels of pharmaceutical companies, detergents, food, cosmetics and many more

-printing on 2 side adhesive label

Responsibility:

-Ability to detect differences between shades of colors and brightness.

-Clean oil and repair the equipment to maintain its efficiency using cleaning solvent, grease etc.

-Adjust the position speed distance of the printing plates as required

-Finish job, remove plates, clean and cleaning ink, splash and degreasing
