Operations Analyst II/ Programmer 2006 to Present

Program and maintain custom web applications in ColdFusion and mainframe applications in JCL, COBOL and SAS. Analyze, monitor and troubleshoot console messages, batch events (using Zeke Online Scheduler), CPU performance across MVS & VSE production LPARS, all online systems, connect:direct processes and VPS printer activity. Resolve any abend (system crash) events, in consultation with the affected application group.
