Served as team leader for the telecom office and responsible for the proper operation, general maintenance, and repair of Avaya CS 1000 equipped with +600 IP phones, +100 Digital and analog phones,PSTN, ISDN lines, VOIP trunks, GSM gateways and mobile X users . Responsible also of Meridian option 61C, 11C Digital switches off sites. Call Billing and recording Systems, Meridian Mail System and Call pilot voicemail ( mail boxes, reset passwords, Automatic Call Distribution,Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Install, relocate, create and program phones and all PBX cards (Digital, Analog, PRI, OPX,,clocking cards,CPU, Power supply,… ) performing cabling and testing as necessary. Perform routine and preventive Maintenance for all Systems and peripheral equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's Requirements and Department Of State directives.

The programming for these systems is done thru element Manager, Phone Master,Optivity telephony manager and meridian administration tools –when necessary the programming is done thru HyperTerminal -.
