Highly experience in onshore and offshore rigs supervision, jack-up, semi-submersible, drill ships and platforms, working with operators and engineering consultancy companies
Depth experience in high pressure pumping, casing hole cementing, balance plug cementing, acid stimulation, fracturing, and well abandonment operation.
Expert in running all down hole test equipment such as: retrievable packers, storm packers, cement retainers mechanical setting tools and wireline set bridge plug .
Experience in exploration, completion and workover wells, high temperature high pressure (HTHP) high H2S, deepwater, drilling ships, semi-sub,jackup rigs, horizontal and vertical, oil and gas well..
Responsible for safe operation of assigned personnel and equipment on all location.
Leading and directing crew members all work activities during rigging up and rigging down of service equipment at the well location.
Hands-on in managing a team of personnel assigning task, motivating, mentoring, and evaluating performances and development to meet their objectives.
Responsible in executing job design, calculation in oil field cementing, slurry calculation, volumes and height calculation, displacement and pressure calculation, and accomplished pre-job and post job paper works and job tickets in timely manner.
Accountable for the preventive maintenance and cleanliness of equipment in compliance to company standard operating policy.
Perform risk analysis for every job and identifies potential hazard and addresses hazard preventions and controls.
Conduct pre-job meetings with client and third party personnel detailing job operation and procedure, identifying potential hazard, ensuring safety and objectives will highly achieved.
Participate in QHSE programs and initiative and promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, ensures crew complies with all applicable health, safety and environmental procedures, regulation, and company policies.
Foster and maintains customer relation by establishing a positive image and confidence in the delivery
of excellence service without compromising safety protocols.
Perform various other duties and function when assigned by the Cement Field Operation Supervisor.
