Reviewed diagnostic results for completeness and accuracy based on diagnoses and order entered.

Abstract all necessary information from the EMR and assigned appropriate codes (ICD-9 and CPT), which most accurately describe each documented diagnosis, office visit and procedure according to established guidelines. Entered information into the billing system.

Performed a comprehensive review of the patient account to assure the presence of all component parts such as: patient and record identification, signatures and dates where required and other necessary data which appear to be indicated by the nature of the treatment rendered.

Daily charge audits and produces reports for review.
