Perform other shop duties including maintaining precise QA reports & logs to ensure efficiency & accuracy of next runs

Extensive Knowledge of cranes and strapping parts

Programming

Fixture all operations - horizontal, vertical & fourth access & indexors

Write programs from blue prints and Design and modify programs from control

7 year of programming on control(can program anything that can be done on Cad.. Except complicated 3D)

Surfcam, Mazatrol (Teach Mazatrol) Bobcad

Management

Train new employees (Taken 2 green kids thru to journeymen)

Trouble-shoot & correct program errors & process delays
