In addition, support to networking and hardware issues in other states and defining hardware specifications for new customers. Daily administration of a Microsoft network 2003-2012, Cisco network devices, workstations, and VoIP. Provide support to external customers using 3 Sigma developed Web applications for the WIC program; server administration and maintenance, problem resolution, RSA VPN administration, Cisco network devices (routers, switches, ACE, ASA). Documentation of external customer systems. Assist project managers in proposal for new customers. Support and manage the Disaster Recovery site relocation from MD to IN.

Lead engineer in system wide IPX/IP to pure-IP transition throughout the US and outlying territories. A 6 month contract with EFTC Inc. in Phoenix AZ. In support of company acquisition. Design, configure, implement, and support SAN solution for Novell, Oracle/UNIX, and WinNT/2000 environment. Full life-cycle lead engineer/project manager in the migration of GroupWise 5.5 to Exchange/Outlook 2000 for +2,500 users across 7 remote sites. Completed the project in 4 weeks. Administered a mixed network utilizing Novell 5.1, UNIX and WinNT/2000.

Manager of (4) junior engineers/technicians and assist in the daily administration of the voice and data networks. Engineered, designed, and oversaw the implementation of the remote access system (RAS) for off-site employees. Complete voice and data communications redesign and engineering with new vendors.
