Managed operations in Asia, Middle East, South America, Europe and North America. The design for this integration included asset tracking, incident management, event/trap monitoring, and workflow & CMDB components. NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY - Coordinated implementation of a Change Management system, as part of the deployment of HP Service Manager. Defined change process by following ITIL methodology, and established parameters for Problem and Configuration Management.
