supplier end.

. Periodic updating of dispatch details from suppliers end to

buyers(tafe).

. Coordinating with suppliers and make planning & despatching of

materials as per schedule.

. Following 2 bin system, kanban system in effective mode.

. Reporting despatch, performance, materials stock details to manager

under daily basis.

. Calculating machine productivity and follow as per the standards.

. Follow standard lead time and push up production at supplier end.

. Attaining Green Signal target for weekly and monthly schedule.

. Co-ordination with C TEAM & E TEAM and solving quality issue in

supplier end.

. Reduced process flow time and increased vendor dispatch ratings and

successfully implemented

2 bin system in underperformed supplier end for TAFE LIMITED COMPANY.

. Identified many structural failures in 3w auto diesel segment and

ensured high quality structural parts in TVS MOTOR COMPANY.
