I was contracted by the state to help persons with disabilities to obtain and maintain employment. If needed I worked with them to learn the job and overcome all obstacles. I gained valuable experience as I worked at over 100 businesses in the area.

I assisted with interviews,schedules for new hires,distribution of smocks,name tags and lockers. I made sure all training was up to date. Conducted cashier training on new policies did evaluations.Did the schedules for the store 400+ employees. The district manage also had me travel his area to check security and do price comparison .
