Technical Instructor, Aircraft Maintenance, US Air Force, 1980 - 1990 Developed course material and performed hands-on classroom instruction in Aircraft Maintenance fundamental and advanced courses. Led a team of 6 instructors and developed the fundamental aircraft maintenance training strategy for the B-1B Bomber program (1985 – 1990). Formally adopted in 1986 by the Strategic Air Command and Air Combat Command, it served as a model for later weapons systems, such as the F-117 Fighter and B-2 Bomber. The strategy included the integration of simulators to teach hazardous, complex or infrequent maintenance task in a low risk environment.
