SALES COORDINATOR

Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. Handle orders by telephone, email or mail and check that they include correct prices, discounts and product numbers, contacting customers to resolve any queries. Input orders to the company’s computer system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements and inform customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates.

Collaborate with other such as the technical department, to deal with any product or technical queries. Contact colleagues in manufacturing and logistics to agree on delivery dates after processing orders. Work closely with marketing to ensure that sales and marketing activities are integrated. Assist to arrange for the production of presentations and supporting material, such as technical papers or customer references, to help sales representatives win business

Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team. Prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers. Also provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow

Played an important role as member of company’s sales team. Contribute to achieving sales targets by supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company. Maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.

Prepare necessary delivery documents such as delivery order and invoice in absence of production coordinator.

PERSONEL SKILLS

Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

Good computer knowledge in Ms Word, Accounting system such as Biztrack & ICS.

In a midst of getting valid driving license and posses own car
