Summary: In interviewing and subsequently hiring me, you will gain an employee that is well rounded and positive. WORK HISTORY:
PEARSON (3/2014-7/2014)
This position concerned the scoring of math tests that school age children take in grades K-12. During the period of working for Pearson scoring was done on Math tests taken by Fifth and Sixth Grade students. Among the projects worked upon while working at Pearson were the ISAT and the ASPIRE Pilot.
ELITE STAFFING (5/2013-8/2014)
This position involved being placed in various assignments in light industrial, manufacturing, and sales oriented employment situations. Most of the assignments were throughout the Chicago metro area and are semi-permanent in duration.
SENECA FOODS (8/2008-10/2008)
This position involved the processing of corn from its raw form into its processed form in a can. The parts of the process that were undertaken involved the readings of the pressure cookers in the cooking process, and the orderly loading of the canned corn onto pallets to be shipped while operating a Palletizer.
MOUNTAIN WEST RESEARCH (7/2007-8/2008)
This position involved conducting interviews via telephone with different business respondent representing various Fortune 500 corporate clients. The daytime interviews were conducted primarily with business respondents, whereas the evening interviews were conducted primarily with residential respondents.
TRIDENT SEAFOODS (4/2007-7/2007)
This position detailed working on a floating seafood processor in the Aleutian Islands. The position involved working during the herring and salmon seasons where the fish were off-loaded from boats to the seafood processor, and then were processed and then loaded onto large freighters bound for Asia. The fishing season was between April and August 2007, and was regulated by the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
GEM STATE STAFFING (1/2007-4/2007)
The position involved being placed in various types of jobs ranging from customer service to construction jobs. The placements ranged all over the southeast region of the state of Idaho. Through working for Gem State Staffing, the opportunity was made available to work in many different types of work environments. This experience enhanced my ability to communicate with many different types of people.
FIELDWORKS, LLC (5/2006-12/2006)
The position required the petitioning of registered voters in Ohio regarding the issue of raising the minimum wage for low income workers. The required number of voters was successfully reached and the issue was subsequently placed on the ballot in November 2006. The issue subsequently passed in the November election and the minimum wage was increased.
WORTHINGTON CYLINDERS (4/2005-4/2006)
Duties performed involved the processing of cylinders of various sizes for use by commercial, residential, and industrial clientele. The actual assembly and testing of finished cylinders under high pressure was to insure that there was no leakage in the cylinders.
MINUTEMEN/OFFICE MAX (9/2003-4/2005)
My position at Minutemen temps for Office Max included assisting in overseeing the delivery of office furniture in a one hundred mile radius of the metropolitan Columbus, Ohio area. I assisted in the delivery, or drove an individual route when necessary. I averaged between 250 to 300 miles a day when driving and drove a 20 foot truck with an automatic transmission. My duties included assisting in the routing of the primary route that I would be working, and assisting in the routing of any secondary route.
MINUTEMEN/M.I. HOMES SHOWCASE HOMES DIVISION (7/2003-9/2003)
My duties at Minutemen for M.I. Showcase Homes consisted of maintaining that the custom built homes were properly maintained throughout the course of the building process. Throughout the laying of the foundation, the carpenter’s building of the custom built structure, and the finishing of the exterior the maintenance standards was upheld. During my employment at M.I. Showcase Homes I helped to maintain a positive atmosphere in which the buyers of the custom built homes were able to see the construction of their homes proceeding in a smooth orderly fashion.
