IX Solutions provides operation support for clients using both cloud and in house data center solutions.

System Administrator (August 2013 – Present)

Installation and maintenance of Linux systems (Red hat, Centos) and enterprise application software running on multiple clusters.

Perform regular user management, (Creating users, permissions, groups, security etc.)

Performance tuning – regular monitoring of Linux processes, memory usage and storage drives

Perform regular backups, system maintenance (patches), and restoration of systems.

Installation and management of Solaris 10 Operating System on SPARC and X86 platforms.

Deployment and maintenance of both system and application software across 3 environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
