Designed, set up and maintain production schedules, job routers, machine maintenance records. Control employee and machine issues.
June 2004-December 2011: MRL-Plant Manager:
Responsible for fabricating and holding tight tolerances in various metal fabrications of Nickel,
Inconel, Aluminum, Stainless and various other metals. Set-up and programing of machines for prototypes and production runs. Inspecting the quality of work in the aerospace industry. Scheduling of jobs. Daily board meetings on production and flow of work through the plant with in the ISO standards. Redesigned many programs to increase productivity with minimal operations for final product. Started as a Sheet metal fabricator, I was move to supervisor, Then Became the Plant Manager in 2008.
June 2000- June 2004: Kier Manufacturing- Head Set-Up/Programmer:
Responsible for set-up, programming and quality of operations being performed in the
Sheet metal industry.
November 1999 – June 2000: Commonwealth Mortgage – Loan Officer:
Responsible for the sales and marketing of home equity loans for a twenty-seven year old
Mortgage firm. Analyzed credit and performed pre-qualification procedures.
February 1998 – November 1999: Metalplast Technology - Fabricator:
Designed and built prototypes and fabrications for steel, aluminum, stainless and some plastics.
October 1997 – February 1998: American Metal Fabrication – Plant Supervisor:
Managed staff of eight fabricators. Designed and created prototypes and was responsible for production and quality control of finished product.
March 1994 – July 1997: Lockformer – Head of Sheet Metal Department:
Promoted from Press Brake Operator to Department Head in one year. Decreased scrap ratio from 64% to 14% in four months. Designed custom die set-ups and gauging to speed set-up times from and average of 5 hours to 30 minutes. Redesigned pieces to upgrade production efficiency and reduce steps to make parts.
1995 – 2006: Street Stuff - Manager:
Managed staff of six top sales representatives. As part-time manager, exceeded revenue volume of full time employees.
