This project aims at merging the Cards & Banking applications in Citibank from all asia pacific countries to the common base in Visionplus platform to provide the enhanced features to the Citibank customers.This involves the challenging tasks of merging the Bankcards,Diners and the Corporate portfolios into one Rainbow platform and my role in the project is to work closely with the Front end channels like Eclipse,CBOL,IVR,Esms,Mobile Banking to facilitate the development of the code merge requirements through the MLI(Message Level Interfaces) to provide a new banking experience to the customers.This is quite critical as most of the channels were customer centric and involves lot of monitoring and support on a 24/7 Mode.Apart from the Technical end,I’ve been involved in the management of Tasks allocation with the team at both Onsite in Singapore & Offshore at India from different vendors.Worked on various interfaces with the credit risk related systems like TRIAD for the regulatory requirements for the Singapore Monetary authority with the introduction of various batch parameters.

Netherlands Mastercard launch is a development project involving the development of Interface programs, which can cater to their credit card business by using Visionplus application especially through CMS Module. The scope of the project is to develop interface Programs related to credit bureau,New applications Handoff,Direct debit outgoing file and Direct debit response file processing and revise the programs related to embossing based on the modifications in technical specifications and to provide the BAU support for the programs developed.

This product is flexible to take the data as input and processes the data accordingly. It also provides some facilities to convert data generated from other life insurance administrative systems to be tuned in to this system and makes it compatible with this system. Lifecomm tool is very versatile and can administrate variable and Universal life insurance products.

American Express, TRS (Travel Related Services), follows a Strategic Quality Plan (SQP) every year, to update and enhance the systems used for its various functions. The charge platform strategy project will perform structural and functional changes to the LA/C Accounts Receivable and Supporting systems resulting in the ability to introduce new card ranges and sub ranges into the LA/C operating environment with minimal investment.
