The datacenter is comprised of the main IVR servers, a clustered SQL server, a clustered web server, a backup server, a network management server, a development server and a SAN.

Multiple applications migrated to the Cloud – i.e Office 365, Cloud Backup, AWS, etc.

Designed and implemented a backup process for New York City transit and fully documented the steps on how the backup process works and how to manage the backup by their own IT.

Created a VPN server using Windows 2012 R2 that will be used solely to connect the client IVR to the office network for reporting purposes. On the client side, their serves will run a batch file that check if the VPN connection is up, else, it runs a command that establishes the VPN connection automatically.
