•Grinder: Collect and sort materials from different cells and grind them in proper area, ensure that the direct feed from Kiefel (Machine) are not jamming or getting tangled, clean and inspect for safety hazards at the end of the shift for the following operator.
•Operate and maintain the grinder throughout the night, adjusting things such as belt, speed and parts that get stuck or caught on edges.
•Loader: Loading cages both left and right for airbags. Checking quality of cages and making sure they do not have any defects.
•UST/Trimmer: Loading formed airbag parts from conveyer belt and placing on fixtures to be cut out and trimmed on UST machine. Once trimmed removing excess webbing on parts and disposing of webbing. Checking quality as well making sure airbag is being trimmed out correctly
•4KW/Inflation: Once airbags are cut out loading onto inflation platform and inflating airbags. Checking that airbags are inflated and have air in them. Placing finished and inflated parts on quality check table.
•QC: Final stage making sure quality of airbags is within limits. Check for skiving, contamination and forming defects. Once checked packing airbags and placing correct labels on bags.
