Job Responsibilities:

3D-modelling in PDS (frame works) of concrete & steel of various buildings, piperacks, MPS etc of many facilities including group naming and member naming.

Done concrete detailed drawings for Pipe racks & G.A. Drawings, thickener foundation drawings, MPS, monorails, e-houses, vfd buildings, rupture discs, transformer foundation drawings, pile drawings, steel, concrete Anchors, pump foundations, sump pumps and many other structures.

Site engineering to support technical issue, provide detail sketches for steel, concrete, piling, culverts and ditches to resolve technical query from contractor, response to contractors (Kiewit, PCL, HCBI, Pacers) RFI’s . Review and checked shop drawings.

This project intended to develop facilities to extract Aluminium from its ores in Oman near the Sohar Port. Long span industrial sheds, long passageways for vehicular movement etc are the features of this project.

b) Scotford Upgrader Expansion Project, Shell Canada Limited.

9 Oct. 2006 to 7 Jan 2008

The Project involves the expansion Facilities at Scotford. The scope of work is divided into three areas namely Utilities and offsite, Sulphur Recovery Complex and Residue Hydro Conversion complex.

c) Worsely efficiency and growth (Worsely Alumina Pty Ltd).

8 Jan to 22 Sept. 2008

This project involves the expansion facilities at Perth from 4.5 Mtpd to 5.1 Mtpd.

Done detailed drawings for ow-sumps, grade slab, pumps, pile caps, vertical vessel, Exchanger, pile caps schedules, pile schedules, MPS, Stack foundations, rod and ball mill foundation drawings etc.

Done 3D-modelling in PDS (frame works) concrete & steel including tags closing.

Done transformer foundation drawings, bar bending schedule.

Done pile cap location plan, pile cap schedules & detailed pile caps drawings for pipe rack Area.
