Reductions in business risk were accomplished by recommending mitigation actions to borrowers, lenders, loan servicers, and secondary market investors. This advisement increased the firm’s reputation as a national leader in real estate due diligence.
Portfolio manager and technical advisor for Morgan Stanley and Company Commercial Mortgage Conduit Program’s environmental due diligence (1996 pool was valued at $908 million). Managing environmental assessments for asset securitization pools resulted in issue resolutions for rating agencies bond review activities. Team development of information technology tools enabled Morgan Stanley to evaluate the affects of assets within securitization pools by model application.
