GSC on the Go Mobile Applications Project of Green Shield Canada is part of the transformation of technology to Big Data & Analytics, Cloud, Mobile and Social. Mobile Apps applies to iOS Phone, iPad, Android Phone, Android Tablet, Windows Phone and Windows Tablet. This involved connecting all GSC Services to Mobile Apps using Glue Code. The performance of the Mobile application improved by implementing Claim Submission, Claim Eligibility, Find A Provider, Drug/DIN Look Up, My Balances, My ID Card, My Benefits, My Alerts, Terms and Conditions contents to the Mobile Apps.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and get sign off on testing strategy and testing plans for each release

Prepare test data requirements from the functional, system and design specification

Reviewed business, system, design and technical specification and identified gaps and ambiguous points, coordinated with respective team to fix the gaps and improve the process and quality assurance
