A/R: Generated invoices, applied receipts, handled disputes, collected on past due accounts via fax, mail and phone. Reconciled accounts that were severely off. Conducted all bank deposits.

A/P: Authorized payment of invoices, maintained and generated Purchase Orders, followed through the process of closing out the Purchase Orders.

IMPORT PURCHASING: Received orders from customers thus ordering parts, following through with the distribution of the parts assuring delivery to customers. Worked with several logistic companies while approving their cost.

H/R: Conducted weekly payroll for 40 employees, monitored attendance, vacations, and sick days. Updated payroll system each year and calculated bonuses. Interviewed potential employees.
