My duties are to create marketing documentation, create and maintain a student database. Scan documents into document management systems and database, combine and rearrange data from source documents where required. I maintain office equipment and stationery supplies, and scheduled piano lessons, training, and answering phones. I prepare contracts for employees and develop educational curriculum. I submit employees’ information for background checks to insure they are cleared to work with children. PC/LAN Analyst, contractual position for the Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12), consisted of enrolling United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) employees in need of Personal Identity Validation (PIV) cards to replace outdated cards. This position required travel to various USDA sites across the US. I setup computers, scanners maintained, fixed, and tore down computer equipment (10%); scanned documents into prescribe computer database, files, and forms; captured pictures and fingerprints for government ID's and uploaded the required information into the system (90%). During this work assignment I possessed a NACI – Public Trust clearance.
United States Army December 1983 - 1989
