Contract Support to major LEAN and LSS deployments. In most recent engagement worked in support of a major healthcare/pharmaceutical client with business sector P&L of $170 MM in which we increased their income collection rate from 73% to 84%, increased quality RTY% from 1% to 63%, and reduced cycle times of order processing from 150 minutes to 82 minutes during a 4 month engagement.

As Co-CEO I was brought in to help create a culture of organizational health and profitability. This was a turnaround project in which HealthKeeperz was in the red (losses of 20%) for five consecutive years upon my arrival. With oversight of $22 MM P&L I facilitated a strategic growth plan coupled with a Four Disciplines of Execution deployment (4DX method developed by FranklinCovey) to achieve profitability within one year.

LSS MBB contract support in Atlanta Kraft/Nabisco Bakery (now Mondelez) in which I provided oversight of Black Belt Continuous Improvement (CI) team that was assigned LSS projects to get production lines to 3 Sigma levels of operations (basic condition). Overarching goal was to align the plant organization from top to bottom to create critical mass behind the meaningful few objectives that have the most impact on results.

RIE example: Reduced Behavioral Health MEB addendum PCT by 94 % from 135 days to 7days. Continued training and mentoring of LSS Green Belt (GB) and Black Belt (BB) candidates.

LSS BB Project Consultant assigned to the ARMY MEDCOM LSS contract. Worked with Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB) leadership to redesign and improve processes touching the care of our soldiers upon return from theater.
