Project Title : VMS – VANET Monitoring System Using RSS

Platform Used : DOTNET as programming language and SQL Server 2005 as database

Description : This project was about to avoid the traffic congestion. First, the vehicle has

been register into the database using Vehicle ID number or name of the

owner. The vehicle has a On-Board Unit(OBU),it will produce a Received

Signal Strength(RSS). The Road-Side Unit (RSU) will receive the RSS

from the vehicle and collect the information about the vehicle, using RSS

admin will monitored the vehicle status. If the vehicle has been accident on

the road,admin will send the notification about the accident vehicle to the

remaining vehicle which is nearer to the accident spot.
