Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the daily processes of the company’s Electronic Data Interchange Systems with focus on the technical and functional support of EDI application systems in addition to managing relationships with internal and external customers. Key Accomplishments:

Effectively implemented EDI Order processing of 6 Malaysian customers in a span of 2 months. This reduced manual work of CSR to 10% and automated order processing of the 6 key accounts

Awarded ROHQ Star in June 2014 for the initiatives completed that would automate the order processing of Malaysian customers

Successfully conducted workshop and implemented EDI Logistics processes for our New Zealand market on time with 0 defects and without rework
