Extensive experience in design in the chemical and petrochemical industry, onshore and offshore. Background experience includes plant layout and drafting of plan drawings for grass roots plants, revamp projects, and FEED. Aboveground layout experience includes exchangers, vessels, compressors, tank farms and pumps. Experience with PDS Piping, Intergraph PDS P&ID, MicroStation, AutoCad, Optimeyes, and Lasergen.

FLUOR CORPORATION Designer (1991 – 2009)

Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) - Clean Fuel Project 2020, Shu’aybah Industrial Complex, Kuwait

Major revamp and expansion of 3 refineries in Kuwait to produce ultra low sulfur distillates.

Major upgrade and expansions of the MAA, SHU and MAB refineries to increase capacities and conversion of Low Sulfure Fuel Oil to higher end products through processing utilizing ARD’s, Coker and Hydrocracker technologies.

Responsibilities included FEED activities, piping transpositions, Line List, Tie-in List and performed capital cost estimates.

Valero St Charles MSAT II Project – St Charles, Louisiana

Work with Plot Plan development, transposition and layout for Tank farm area using Optimeyes and PDS.

Responsible for coordination in P&ID and line list for FEED development for all units on a grass root refinery.

Sakhalin I Onshore Plant Facilities (OPF), Exxon Neftegas Limited (ENL), Subsidiary of ExxonMobil, Sakhalin Island, Russia

Lead coordinator for P&ID Change Notifications (PCN) generated by Houston, Moscow, and New Delhi. Responsibilities include maintaining and tracking over 2,000 PCN's for P&ID and Plot Plan changes from various disciplines, for project approval process by Houston engineering teams and clients. Generate weekly status report to communicate with all disciplines and clients on the project.
