Successfully managed the turn-around of a small gourmet food gift company to over $10,000,000 in sales resulting in top line growth and equally successful financial results to its private owner.

Established and executed the transition of a classic gourmet food gift company into a year-round business model with the development of private label SKU’s for major retailers across the US and Canada. Top line growth was limited due to capital constraints s but substantial improvementwas made to the profitability and stability of the company.

Successfully changed the account base from specialty stores to major retailer penetration with private label projects with major national retailers in the United States, Canada and Europe including Target Stores, Williams Sonoma and all Marmaxx divisions.

Played an active role in the management of the sales, operations, quality assurance/certifications and the profit/loss segment of the company.
